If a payment, access change, deletion, or external-service action has an unclear result, check the relevant records before trying again. Use the guide for that task to find the right places to look.

What to note

Record the platform, task, affected item, and approximate time with its time zone. Describe what you expected, what you saw, and where you checked. For an external service, include the intended provider account or project. Add a short error message or screenshot only if it helps explain the problem. For an order, include the Creatora order ID and, if relevant, the Stripe payment reference. The order guide explains where to find them.

What to leave out

Do not share PINs, API keys, access tokens, card details, bulk exports, or unrelated personal information. Hide other people’s details in screenshots. Use the contact route in the task guide and send only the information needed to identify the issue. A screenshot shows what was visible at one moment. Creatora or the external provider may need to check its current record before recommending another attempt.
