When you connect an external service, Creatora shows that its settings were saved. To confirm a particular outcome, check it in the service too.

Check a specific result

For example, after connecting an email provider, open the intended provider account and find a representative Student. Check the list and fields you expected to update. A Connected label in Creatora shows the saved setup; it cannot show what is currently in the provider account. Use the same approach for analytics and other external tools: name the specific event, record, or report you expect, then look for it in the intended account. A provider may accept a request before its final result appears. For a paid purchase, use the order guide to compare Stripe, the Creatora order, and Student access.

If the result is unclear

Check the relevant record in both systems before trying again. If they disagree, note the integration, provider account, affected item, and approximate time. Record the details safely when asking for help. Avoid repeating a payment or access change while its first result is uncertain.

After disconnecting

Disconnecting changes Creatora’s setup for future use. Check the provider account separately for credentials or data that should be removed. Earlier provider actions remain there unless you change them through that provider. If work was already in progress, check its outcome before reconnecting or retrying.
