academy.example.com, for your Creatora platform. You prepare the DNS records, and Creatora completes the final activation. Saving the records alone does not move your platform to the new address.
This guide covers subdomains only. Agree the exact address and timing with Creatora before changing DNS, especially if that address already serves a website.

Agree the address with Creatora
Contact Creatora by email at hello@creatora.io, or use an assistance form in your Admin Panel if one is available. Tell the team which subdomain you want to use and who manages its DNS. Confirm the records for that address before editing them. You do not need to send your DNS account password.

Add the two CNAME records
For an agreed subdomain such as
academy.example.com, add these two records. In this example, example.com stands for the domain you own.Your DNS provider may ask for the full names
academy.example.com and www.academy.example.com instead of the shorter host labels. Follow its field format. Do not replace an existing record for either name until you have agreed the change with Creatora.3
Ask Creatora to complete activation
Tell Creatora when the records have been saved. The team completes the platform-side setup and confirms when the agreed address is ready. DNS propagation and a saved record are not, by themselves, confirmation that the Creatora platform is active at that address.

Check the public result
After Creatora confirms activation, open the agreed address in a private browser window. Check that it shows your platform, uses HTTPS, and opens a representative public course page. If you agreed to use both hostnames, check where each one leads. Contact Creatora if you see another site, a certificate warning, or an unexpected redirect before sharing the new link with Students.
