As a Student, use this guide to purchase an Offer or complete a zero-value Offer checkout. Start from a course purchase action or an Offer link provided by the platform Administrator.

Choose and check the Offer

  1. Open the course purchase action or Offer link. Check the selected Offer, included content, and Total.
  2. If Choose another offer appears, use Select offer to change your selection. Check the included content and Total again. A direct Offer link may have no alternatives.
  3. If checkout shows Offer unavailable, ask the platform Administrator for a current purchase link. That message does not identify the specific reason the Offer cannot be purchased.
On a phone or portrait tablet, the first Checkout view shows the Offer. Continue and pay or Complete for free takes you to Complete purchase, where you can review the total and finish the order. If you already have access to part of an Offer, Creatora does not remove that content from the Offer or reduce its price automatically. Check the full selection before continuing.

Use your Student account

If you are not signed in, enter your address in Email and select Confirm email and continue. A new address creates a passwordless account; an existing account continues through PIN verification. You do not need to enter a name or address at this step. After signing in, review the Offer and Total. For PIN issues, see Troubleshoot login PIN problems. If checkout cannot continue after you signed in through another tab, ask the platform Administrator to check the order before trying again.

Add billing details only if needed

Do you have a VAT number? opens an optional billing form. You can provide organization and address details, including VAT number and, for Italy, Unique code/PEC. Review the saved values before completing the order. A later checkout may reuse billing details from your account. You pay the Total shown. Creatora does not calculate or add tax at checkout, validate VAT numbers, or generate invoices. Ask the platform Administrator about invoices.

Complete the checkout

  • If the Total is positive: choose one of the payment methods shown in the Stripe form and select the final payment button once. Its label includes the amount you are paying. Follow any step or redirect shown for that method.
  • If the Total is zero: select Unlock for free. A single automatic free course normally uses a direct unlock and takes you to the course without this order-backed checkout.
Wait for Creatora’s Order completed confirmation. If you return from the payment provider without seeing it, ask the platform Administrator to check the order before trying to pay again.

Open your content

Review the Order summary and acquired items. Use Go to course on a course row, or follow the main next action shown on the page. Creatora may ask you to finish account setup before it suggests a course or product-history destination. An included service links to its normal service page; the order page does not provide a booking or service-completion action. Later, open Settings → Product history to find purchases and free unlocks. For checkout details or an invoice, ask the platform Administrator. If you expect an email, check your inbox; the success page cannot confirm delivery.
