An Offer shows what a Student can obtain now. An order records a checkout attempt. Current access shows what the Student can open, while progress shows what they have done. Check the part that answers your question.

What the Student acquired

A Student who claims a free course directly gets access without a checkout order. A Student who completes a zero-value Offer checkout, perhaps with a coupon, has an order. An Administrator can also grant access directly without an order. These routes can lead to the same course access but different purchase histories. For a paid checkout, a Stripe payment and the matching Creatora order answer different questions. Use the order guide when a purchase or access result is unclear.

What the Student can open now

A Student may have access for more than one reason, such as a purchase and a separate Administrator grant. Removing one reason may leave access through the other. Course status, learning-path status, levels, and lesson settings can also change what the Student can open. Check the Student’s current course and level access when deciding what they can use now. A previous order or refund alone does not answer that question.

What progress shows

Progress records completed learning activity and may remain after access changes. Its displayed percentage can change when the accessible curriculum changes, even when earlier work remains recorded. If you are investigating a mismatch, start with the Student’s course view. Then check the Offer for the current terms, the order for checkout, and Stripe for a paid payment only as needed.
