Use these checks when you cannot complete sign-in with a PIN. Start from the sign-in procedure on the platform where your account exists.

The email or PIN has not arrived

Check the inbox for the exact email address you entered, including its spam folder. If the sign-in page says no account was found, check both the platform address and account email. Sign up is for a new Student account; it does not restore Administrator access. To request a new PIN, select Try logging in again and return to the email step. Check your inbox for the new message.

The PIN is rejected or no longer works

Use the PIN from your most recent login request. A new request makes earlier PINs unusable; a PIN also stops working after it has been used or expired. If the page says no usable PIN request exists, select Try logging in again and request a new one. If the PIN is reported as incorrect, check the four digits in the latest email rather than guessing. Wrong entries accumulate against the account. Requesting a new PIN does not clear those failed attempts. Stop if the page warns that the account is close to being blocked.

The account is blocked

Stop trying PINs. If you are a Student, tell a platform Administrator that your account is blocked. The Administrator should ask Creatora for support. If you are an Administrator whose own account is blocked, contact Creatora directly. Share the platform address, the affected account email, and the error shown; never send a PIN. The sign-in page may show the platform’s own contact email. Follow the route above even if that address points back to the blocked Administrator. The Admin Panel has no self-service unblock control, and a recovery time is not guaranteed.
