Sign in on the specific Creatora platform where your account exists. Students and Administrators use the same email-and-PIN flow; an Administrator’s role gives access to the Admin Panel after sign-in.

Sign in

You need your platform address, the email associated with your account on that platform, and access to that email inbox.
  1. Open the sign-in page on your platform.
  2. Enter your account email and select Sign in.
  3. Open the login email and enter its four-digit PIN on the Confirm PIN page.
  4. After the PIN is accepted, you may return to the flow that asked you to sign in, such as onboarding, checkout, or a course. Otherwise, the platform homepage opens.
If you administer this platform, open the Admin Panel from the platform homepage. Signing in does not necessarily open the Admin Panel directly.
Sign up creates a Student account. It does not create or restore Administrator access. If you have trouble with a PIN, follow Troubleshoot login PIN problems.

Leave the Admin Panel or sign out

To leave the Admin Panel and return to your platform, select Log out in the Admin Panel. Your account stays signed in. To end your account session, use Log out in account settings on a computer or tablet, or in mobile navigation on a phone. The browser returns to the sign-in page. Use this action when you are finished on a shared device.
