# Publish legal-policy links

> Add your terms and cookie-policy destinations and verify where visitors encounter them.

Use **Platform → Licenses** to link to your terms and conditions and cookie policy. Prepare current, public `https://` pages for both documents first. You are responsible for their content.

## Add the links

1. Open the Admin Panel and select **Platform → Licenses**.
2. Enter the full URL of your document under **Terms and conditions of use** and select that card's **Save changes**.
3. Enter the full URL under **Cookie Policy** and select its separate **Save changes**.
4. Open each saved link and check that it reaches the intended document. The fields may accept an invalid URL.

You can clear either field and save its card to remove that customer-provided link. This does not change Creatora's own platform terms.

## Check the public placement

1. [View the platform as a guest](/en/get-started/verify-public-pages-as-a-visitor) and check the footer. Legal links remain available in both expanded and minimized footer layouts.
2. Open registration and any acquisition or checkout entry that you use. Check that the customer terms link goes to your document, alongside Creatora's platform terms where shown. You do not need to submit a registration or purchase to inspect a visible link.
3. For the cookie-policy link, check the public cookie banner in a browser state with no recorded preference. Open the policy destination from the banner. If a preference was already recorded, the first-visit banner may not appear again.

The cookie-policy link also appears in the cookie banner. Check your legal and privacy requirements before adding tracking or custom code: a visible banner does not establish that every such tool waits for consent.
