# Configure public navigation and footer

> Set visitor navigation, add links, and choose what appears at the bottom of public pages.

Use **Platform → Navigation bar** and **Platform → Footer** in the Admin Panel to choose the links and information visitors see. Each link, group, and footer card saves independently.

## Set the navigation bar

1. Open the Admin Panel and select **Platform → Navigation bar**.
2. Review the available built-in destinations: **Home**, **Courses**, **Services**, **Community**, and **Reviews**. Show or hide each destination where its visibility control is available.
3. Under **Direct links**, select **Add link**. Enter a **Link name** and a complete `https://` **Site URL**, then select **Add link**. Use the item's controls to edit, reorder, or hide it later.
4. If several links belong together, select **Add group** under **Groups**, name the group, and use **Add link to group** to add each destination. Use complete `https://` URLs.
5. [Check the public page as a guest](/en/get-started/verify-public-pages-as-a-visitor) on desktop and mobile. Open each intended destination.

A built-in destination appears publicly only when it is enabled **and** its content is available to that visitor. For example, enabling **Services** does not make an empty Services destination appear. Built-in destinations come first, direct links follow, and groups come last. On desktop a group opens as a dropdown; on mobile it appears in the navigation drawer.

  Hiding one link *inside* a group may leave it visible to visitors when another link in that group is enabled. If a grouped destination must not be public, remove it or hide the whole group, then verify the guest view. Do not rely on the individual grouped-link visibility control alone.

## Configure the footer

1. Select **Platform → Footer**.
2. Choose **Expanded** to show link columns or **Minimized** to suppress them. This choice saves separately.
3. Enter your reviewed text in **Company details** and select its **Save changes** button.
4. Enter any reviewed **Disclaimer** and select its own **Save changes** button.
5. Check the saved footer on a public page as a guest.

The expanded footer builds its link columns from available courses or learning paths, direct links, groups, and [legal-policy links](/en/build-your-platform/publish-legal-policy-links). You do not edit those columns on the Footer page. **Company details** and **Disclaimer** can still appear when the footer is minimized. The footer also includes a Creatora attribution link, with no hide control in the current Admin Panel.

Review any legal text with the person responsible for it before publishing.
